Instant delivery
- Digital invitations: your files unlock as soon as payment is confirmed. Download them from the thank-you page, the link in your order email, or My Account → My invitations.
- Animated invitations: your Invitation Studio opens straight after checkout. Find it any time in My Account → My animated invite.
Delays
Some payment methods take a little longer to confirm. Your products unlock automatically once payment clears. If you haven’t received access within one hour of payment, email hello@everafterly.com.au.
Your account
An account is created with your checkout email. New customers receive an email to set their password. Keep your login details secure — anyone with access to your account can edit your invitation.
File formats
Digital packages may include JPG images, a phone-sized eVite, print-ready PDFs with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, A4 home-print sheets and a ZIP of all files. Animated invitations are delivered as a private web link.
Re-downloads & edits
You can download your files again and make wording edits from your account. Animated invitations can be edited at any time.
