Everafterly (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact and account details: name, email, phone (optional), billing address.
- Order details: products purchased and payment status (card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored by us).
- Invitation content you provide: names, dates, venues, wording, photos and music.
- Guest information you add to an animated invitation (names, emails, phone numbers) and the RSVP responses guests submit.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the shop to work.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your invitations and process your order.
- To send your invitation emails, RSVP alerts and reminders when you ask us to.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To send our newsletter if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
Guest data
When you add guests to an animated invitation, you are responsible for having their permission to do so. We only use guest details to deliver your invitation and RSVPs, and we never market to your guests.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — such as our web host, payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and email delivery — and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for your cart, checkout and account. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
