Digital products
Our invitations are digital products delivered instantly. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your files have been downloaded or your animated invitation has been published.
If something isn’t right
If your product is faulty, doesn’t match its description or doesn’t work as it should, contact us within 14 days at hello@everafterly.com.au. We will fix the problem, provide a replacement, or refund you — in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancelling an order
If you’ve placed an order but not yet downloaded your files or published your invitation, email us within 7 days and we’ll cancel and refund it in full.
What happens after a refund
When an order is refunded, access to the related downloads and animated invitation is removed.
Custom designs
Custom design work is quoted separately. Deposits for custom work cover design time already spent and are non-refundable once design has begun, unless we are unable to deliver.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
