What does Everafterly offer?
Two kinds of invitations: animated wedding invitations (an invitation website with an opening animation, details and online RSVPs) and digital wedding invitations (personalised stationery you download as an eVite and print-ready files).
Where are you based?
We’re an Australian studio and work with couples everywhere — everything is designed, personalised and delivered online.
Do you offer printed invitations?
We don’t print or post, but our digital packages include professional print-ready PDFs you can take to any printer, plus A4 sheets for printing at home.
Ordering
Do I need an account?
You can browse and preview without one. An account is created automatically at checkout so you can access your invitations, downloads and RSVPs any time.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes — add each design to your cart separately. Each animated purchase includes one invitation website.
Can I save my progress?
Yes. Digital designs save as drafts while you personalise, and your animated invitation saves automatically in your studio.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed securely. We never see or store your card details.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally — subscribers to our letter hear about offers first. Discount codes can be entered in the cart or at checkout.
Animated Invitations
How do guests open my animated invitation?
They tap a link — no app or download needed. It works on phones, tablets and computers.
Can I switch animations?
Yes, all four animated designs are included and you can switch any time.
Can I see who has opened their invitation?
Yes. Your guest list shows who has been emailed, who has opened their link and who has replied.
Digital Invitations
What do I receive?
Depending on your package: a high-resolution JPG invitation, a phone-ready eVite, print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks, A4 home-print sheets and matching cards.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes — upgrade from your design and you’ll only pay the difference.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Premium and above include A4 sheets laid out for home printing.
Personalisation
Can I change fonts and colours?
Each digital design comes in three colourways with adjustable text colours. Animated designs have an optional accent colour. For anything beyond that, send a custom enquiry.
Can you help with wording?
Yes — our editor includes wording suggestions, and we’re happy to help by email.
Do you create fully custom designs?
We do. Share your ideas through our custom enquiry form and we’ll reply with a quote and timeline.
Delivery
How do I receive my invitation?
Instantly and digitally. Downloads unlock as soon as payment is confirmed; your animated Invitation Studio opens straight after checkout. We email your links too.
I can’t find my files — what should I do?
Log in to My Account and open “My invitations” or “My animated invite”. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll help straight away.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t generally offer refunds for change of mind once files are downloaded or your invitation is published. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected — please read our refund & cancellation policy.
What if something is wrong with my invitation?
Contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you.
